The annual Hong Kong Pathology Forum (The Forum) provides the latest updates in different disciplines of Pathology through state-of-the-art presentations by local and international speakers, targeting audiences such as pathologists, medical practitioners as well as allied health professionals. The year’s program continues the tradition of providing cutting-edge and practical knowledge through different lectures and sharing sessions.
The 2026 Forum’s two named lectures, the Hou Pao Chang Medical Memorial Fund Lecture and the James Gibson Lecture, will be delivered respectively by Professor Ozgur Mete of the University Health Network, University of Toronto, Canada and Dr Yuri Tolkach of the Institute of Pathology, University Hospital Cologne, Germany. In addition, Professor Ozgur Mete and Dr Yuri Tolkach will be delivering lectures on endocrine pathology and urologic and renal pathology. Other lectures on endocrine pathology, urologic and renal pathology and artificial intelligence in pathology will be delivered by prominent pathologists and clinicians from Hong Kong.
